Pricing

All prices listed are in AUD, and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Australia
All orders will be despatched by Express Post. Charges are as follows:
A charge of AUD $10.00 will be applied for freight within Melbourne Metro area.
A charge of AUD $20 will be applied for freight within Victoria and all other Australian states and territories.
Wardrobe One Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges for large orders. In this instance we will advise the customer by email of the new freight charge and seek acceptance before despatch.
Delivery of the goods can generally be expected within 5 working days after order processing.

If the product is not available, you will be contacted within 2 working days.

International
Overseas deliveries are not available at this time.

Returns

For any returns of products, our policy is:

Returns will be accepted for full credit up to 3 weeks from the date of delivery.
Returns must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice or packaging sheet must be attached with any returns.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.

Guarantee

We will be happy to replace the goods or refund your money provided the returned item is in its original condition and received by us within the 30-day period.
